Consolidating today. Designing tomorrow.
Since its foundation in 2023, Fine Packaging Manufacturers has developed around one simple belief: bringing together manufacturers who can pair expert craftsmanship with industrial excellence to meet the new challenges facing top-quality packaging.
In this recently-released film, Arnaud Boniatzis, Managing Director de FPM, looks back on the progress made since the collective was founded , and at the outlook for 2026.
FPM holds firm to its values and beliefs
“Birds of a feather flock together.”
Manufacturers to the core, specialist craftspeople, and authorities in industrial manufacturing: these three callings are what brought France’s Norline, Portugal's Nevacril and Thailand's DAT together in 2023. Through FPM they have worked to preserve craftsmanship and develop capacity, together becoming a benchmark in the world of complex packaging. Boxes, cases, trunks, displays, trays, from single pieces to small-scale or thousand-piece runs… FPM aims to create solutions tailored to every client’s ideas and budget.
From Europe to Asia, FPM is designed for sharing skills and working closely with customers. Always attentive and proactive, our teams follow in the footsteps of the DIAM group’s excellent environmental efforts.
Two years of developing a structure and continuously improving rigorous standards
Over the past two years, our collective has made significant structural improvements. Our sites were audited and certified in order to align standards and guarantee the same degree of excellence everywhere.
Norline, This led to Norline renewing its Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) certification in 2025. All three locations are also FSC®-certified– a testament to the care we take in sourcing and tracing materials. Additionally, FPM was awarded an Ecovadis Platinum rating in 2025 and a CDP A rating for its climate efforts on top of its commitment to la démarche SBTi (Science Based Target Initiatives.).
These certifications are more than just recognition. They convey a firm belief in incorporating environmental impact right at the earliest stages of eco-design, by using project life cycle analysis.
Change on an industrial scale
Beyond building its structure, FPM also began a new industrial phase. In Thailand, a new 14,000-m2 site was built featuring two buildings: one dedicated to packaging and the other to visual merchandizing.
In Europe,we strengthened capacity to meet increased demand while maintaining full control over the entire manufacturing process, notably through the doubling of Nevacril’s surface area in Portugal.
Today, the collective’s areas of expertise include:
- packaging, from trunks to cases,
– displays and window decor,
- and all aspects of visual merchandizing.
In France, we made the decision to focus on the ultra-premium market, including exceptional runs 100% made-in-France and leather expertise that is now shared with the collective’s other locations.
2026: continuity and new ambitions
In 2026, the collective will continue its pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship, responsiveness, and industrial leadership.
We will also reinforce our commitment to environmental excellence in 2026, including additional actions to promote biodiversity and reduce the impact of our products.
The collective will also continue its expansion.
